As a slow fashion boutique, we kindly ask customers to review our policies carefully before placing an order.
Shipping Policy
Every Honey Mehra piece is carefully prepared and quality-checked before dispatch.
Processing Times
• Bridal & Custom Pieces: Please allow 3–6 weeks before dispatch
• Festive & Occasion Wear: Ships within 1–2 weeks
Kindly note processing times may vary slightly during festive seasons, launch periods, or high-volume sale events.
Domestic Shipping
Orders within India are typically delivered within 2–6 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and courier availability.
International Shipping
Standard International Shipping
Estimated delivery within 10–15 business days after dispatch.
Customs duties and tariffs will be calculated upon delivery depending on the destination country and shipping option selected at checkout. please not custom duties and tariffs are NOT covered within the total cost.

All our garments are handcrafted and made-to-order, we do not offer refunds or traditional returns.
However, customer satisfaction is very important to us. If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or experience a genuine issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:
